Suitable for all levels, we’ll focus on core strength, mobility, and alignment while learning to move with control and precision. Expect a mix of classical Pilates exercises and functional variations to help you feel stronger, longer, and more balanced both on and off the mat.
Please bring some water. Equipment and mats are provided! A rolled up towel for your neck is optional but helpful.
