A session to empower women & best support confidence in the gym. Workout with other likeminded ladies and understand how exercises can help support your bone structure and muscle mass as we progress in age. 

These sessions will give you an opportunity to lift weights, use cardio equipment safely and add some structure to your exercise regime. 

Within these sessions you will shred fat and build strength through endurance training, body conditioning, and resistance exercises. Most importantly you will leave sessions with lots of energy and a clear mind!
